CNG Station Design and Project Management

 Chartered Mechanical Engineer (existing or on the path to Chartered status)

Background:

Role includes:

• Overall design of CNG filling stations for trucks

• Understanding Health and Safety issues

• Co-ordination with gas pipeline, electricity supply, civils

•  Issuing tender to compression plant manufacturers and evaluating bids

• Producing project economics showing payback to customer

• Production of project delivery strategy from feasibility through to commissioning

•  Production of risk register

• Support to contractual negotiations
  

Biomethane Design and Project Management

 Chartered Mechanical or Process Engineer (existing or on the path to Chartered status)

Role includes:

• Overall design of Biomethane to Grid projects 
  
  
• Understanding Health and Safety issues

•  Co-ordination with anaerobic digester project, CHP, gas pipeline, civils

• Issuing tender to biogas clean-up and upgrading plant suppliers and evaluating bids

•  Producing project economics showing payback to customer

•  Production of project delivery strategy from feasibility through to commissioning

• Production of risk register

• Support to contractual negotiations

Engineering and Project Support

 Experience in industry

 Does not need Chartered Status
