An experienced project manager, Alison has been working in the biomethane industry for the past 10 years and delivered a number of early gas to grid projects in the UK.
She has operational experience of anaerobic digestion plants as operations manager for 9 sites, 6 of which were biogas to grid facilities. The focus was on output, reducing costs, and improvements.
