Senior Project Manager
Martin worked for British Gas (and successor companies) from 1992 to 2022, holding positions in System Control, Regulation, Policy, Central Functions and finally Operations. As a Prince 2 accredited Project and Programme Practitioner, Martin oversaw the delivery of numerous projects dealing with activities ranging from concept gathering, feasibility study, detailed design, system build, test and implementation. Within Operations, Martin was responsible for the delivery of the 24/7 emergency, repair and connections activities with accountability for performance, safety, finance and regulatory reporting.
